Refund & Cancellation Policy
Transparent cancellation and refund guidelines for online service bookings at KA SETU ENTERPRISES.
1. Cancellation Before Processing
If you wish to cancel an order before our compliance team has initiated document verification, drafting, or portal filing, you may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.
2. Non-Refundable Statutory & Earned Costs
Once Government fees, challans, stamp duties, or DSC charges have been paid, or application drafting/filing has been completed by our specialists, those components cannot be refunded.
3. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days back to the original payment method used at checkout.
